BailMarket is a marketplace application designed to help users buy and sell livestock such as bulls, cows, buffaloes, goats and other livestock. This Privacy Policy explains what information BailMarket collects, how it is used, how it is shared, and how users can delete their account and associated data.

Information that you voluntarily include in a livestock listing may be visible to other BailMarket users. This may include the animal's information, price, location information, seller name, seller phone number, photos, videos and description.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in a public livestock listing.
BailMarket allows users to select photos and videos from their device gallery for livestock listings. Media uploaded to a listing may be publicly accessible as part of that listing.
BailMarket does not use the camera or GPS location to collect information.

Information included in public livestock listings is displayed to other users so that buyers and sellers can connect with each other.
BailMarket uses third-party service providers, including Supabase, to provide database and file storage services. Information necessary to provide these services may be processed by those providers.
You can delete your BailMarket account using the account deletion option provided in the app.
When an account is deleted, the user's profile and livestock listings are deleted, and media associated with those listings is also removed where applicable. The local login session is also cleared.
We retain account and listing information only while it is needed to provide BailMarket services. When you delete your account, the associated account information, listings and associated listing media are deleted as described above, subject to any limited retention required by law or necessary for security and legal purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through BailMarket. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
BailMarket is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
BailMarket uses Supabase for database and storage functionality. BailMarket may open the device's phone dialer or WhatsApp application when a user chooses to contact a seller. BailMarket itself does not place phone calls or send WhatsApp messages on the user's behalf.
BailMarket may require internet access to provide its online marketplace features. The app may also request access to media on the device when a user chooses photos or videos for a livestock listing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
